This company is a scam. They took the visa fee from us , asked for booking details , flight details and hotel details, bank statement and what not and then after 4 days messaged us that our visa has been rejected. I recommend all consumers to be ware of this website, this is a big scam and inshaAllah they will not be able to digest all this haraam money.

Can’t get any answers from this company
It has been over a week and Im still waiting for them to give me the status of my visa. They took $207 US for the Visa and another $158 US for medical. And no word on the visa.
I do not want any traveler to go through what I went through with this atrocious company
Insta Dubai visa company is a scam. They only want to take more and more of your money.
I applied with 5 working days before my trip (their website says 24-72 hours) and did not hear from them at all. I then started to badger them for my visa the day before my trip and they started coercing me to get an express visa for 600 dollars more than what I already paid. I decided to elicit the services of another company, who checked and saw that Immigration had issued the visa already. So these guys were withholding my visa trying to get more money out of me.
So I begged, pleaded and badgered 9 people on their processing team for approximately 12 hours to them to email me the visa which had been issued to them 4 days before. It was a horrible experience and I hope this company closes down

I was misguided by instadubaivisa to get a tourist Visa which was not required as a transit passenger, I was charged for 339$ for Express Visa.
They should have qualified staff.

Really poor service, no professionalism and plus they lied to me. I am looking for a professional, helpful vusa broker who can assist me for 90 days visa extension for my mum and 59+ visitor visa for our wedding guests coming from India in Nov for the wedding.
I have no confidence left in this company.
I had most stressful period with them while waiting for my parents visa. Only word I would say PATHETIC they lied to me.

This is scam, they collected from me 4000USD for my family of 4 for 5 years visa telling 10 working days visa will be processed. After waiting for month I got doubt on their standard reply and started looking at reviews. It was shock to me that there so many people got cheated by them.
Surprisingly, Dubai known for its strict action on fraudsters and how this Instadubai kind of companies still operating and scamming people.
I will take up my matter with UAE and Indian Embassy so that in future no one is cheated and appropriate action be initiated.nsti

Transit Visa and Overpriced
I contacted them because I used their services once when I was desperate, the 1st time they took a lot of money from me on behave of the Government saying that health insurance is needed to enter to UEA, whether it's true or not, is completely overpriced counting that I was just staying for 3 days.
Last week I contacted them to know if I need a transit visa for Emirates and they said yes and almost push me to buy it right in the moment, I said no, of course, I was aware of how they work. After I check with my airline and they said I don't need a transit visa.
Be very careful when using this website, there are many more with more professional behavior.
